Tea Cake

1 cup cold black tea
1 1/4 cup raisins
3/4 cup ABD Mugga Ironbark honey
2 cups Self Raising Flour

Soak raisins, honey and tea over-night; add the self raising flour, mix well. Put into a well greased loaf tin.

Bake for 1 hour in 160° oven
